What the warranty covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the battery itself for 12 months from the date of fitting. Keep your receipt — it is your proof of purchase and the start date of your cover.

How a warranty replacement works

1. Call 0707 555 000 with your receipt and tell us what the car is doing.
2. A technician comes to you and tests the battery, the alternator and the charging system on site.
3. If the battery has failed under warranty, we replace it. If the fault is elsewhere — a loose terminal, a drain, or the alternator — we tell you exactly what we found so you can take it to a mechanic knowing what to ask for.

Old battery collection

We take your old battery away at no charge and pass it to proper recycling rather than leaving it in a bin or by the road. Note that we do not buy back or pay for old batteries.
