Battery delivery and fitting
Our main service, covered in full on the home page. In short: we bring the right battery to your location and fit it, free, across Nairobi.
Free battery and charging system test
This is the part most people do not know to ask for. A car that will not start is not always a dead battery. It can be a loose or corroded terminal, a parasitic drain, or an alternator that has stopped charging. Our technician tests the battery, the alternator and the charging system on site, before fitting anything. If the battery is fine, we tell you so and we do not sell you one. It costs us a sale and it saves you the money you would have spent replacing a healthy battery while the real fault stayed.
If it turns out not to be the battery
We will tell you what we found and what it points to, so you can take it to a mechanic knowing what to ask for rather than guessing. We do not carry out alternator or electrical repairs ourselves.
Old battery collection
We take your old battery away at no charge and pass it to proper recycling rather than leaving it in a bin or by the road. Note that we do not buy back or pay for old batteries.
Warranty support
Every Booster battery we fit carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If a battery fails inside that period, call the same number. We come out, test it, and handle the replacement.
Fleet and garage accounts
If you run a fleet, a matatu sacco, a taxi operation or a garage that fits batteries for customers, we supply on account with consolidated invoicing. Email info@callabattery.co.ke with the size and volume you need.
