Delivery

We deliver within Nairobi only. Delivery and fitting are included in the battery price. After you order, we call to confirm and aim to arrive within 30 minutes.

Payment

Pay by M-Pesa or cash when your battery is delivered and fitted. Nothing is paid before we come.

Returns and refunds

You can return a battery within 7 days of delivery. This covers both faulty batteries and batteries you simply changed your mind about. The battery may be opened or lightly used.

Returns are free — there is no restocking fee. Bring the battery to us at 51 Kipande Road, Nairobi, or call 0707 555 000 and we will collect it.

We will exchange the battery or refund you in full. Refunds are processed within 1 day.

You can also cancel before the battery is fitted by calling 0707 555 000.

Booster batteries carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. See our warranty terms.
