How fast delivery works

How does the 30-minute delivery work?

When you call, we confirm your car model and location, pick the matching battery from the nearest stock point and dispatch a rider immediately. The 30-minute clock starts once your order is confirmed.

What happens after I place my order?

You get a confirmation call or SMS with the battery model, final price and rider details. The rider arrives, fits and tests the battery, and takes your old battery away if you want.

Is delivery and fitting really free?

Yes. Delivery and professional fitting are included in the battery price within our Nairobi coverage area. There are no call-out or labour charges.

How do I pay?

Pay on delivery by M-Pesa or cash, after the battery is fitted and tested.

What if the battery fails?

Every battery is genuine and comes with a manufacturer warranty. Call us with your receipt and we assess and replace it under the warranty terms.

The guarantee applies to orders confirmed between 8am and 7pm within our Nairobi coverage area (CBD, Westlands, Kilimani, Lavington, Parklands, Industrial Area, South B/C, Langata, Kasarani, Embakasi, Ruaka, Umoja, Kayole, Donholm, Buruburu and Roysambu) for batteries in stock. Timing starts at order confirmation and may vary with weather, security checks in gated premises or exceptional traffic. Outside these areas or hours we confirm a delivery window before dispatch.
