Call us
0707 555 000, seven days a week, 8am to 7pm including public holidays. One number reaches the dispatcher who sends the technician, so there is no menu and no transfer.
Email: info@callabattery.co.ke for fleet enquiries, warranty questions and invoices. For a battery you need now, call. Email is not monitored at roadside speed.
What to have ready when you call
Have these three things and we can dispatch in under a minute:
- Your car's make, model and engine size
- Your location, precise enough for a rider (building, road, or a landmark)
- Whether the car is completely dead or turning over slowly
If you are not sure which battery you need, you do not need to find out before calling. Photograph the label on your current battery and we will identify it, or just tell us the car and we will work it out.
What happens after you call
- We confirm the battery size and quote you a price on the phone. The price includes delivery and fitting, with nothing added on arrival.
- A technician leaves with that battery already loaded.
- He fits it, cleans the terminals, tests the alternator and charging system, and takes the old battery away.
- You pay once the engine starts. Never before.
Where we operate
We are a delivery and fitting service, not a walk-in shop. Our base is at 51 Kipande Road, Nairobi, and we come to you rather than the other way round. There is no counter to queue at and no reason to move the car.
We cover Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Parklands, Ngara, Upper Hill, Industrial Area, South B, South C, Nairobi West, Langata, Karen, Kasarani, Roysambu, Ruaraka, Embakasi, Donholm, Buruburu, Umoja and Utawala, along with Mombasa Road, Thika Road, Waiyaki Way, Jogoo Road, Ngong Road and Langata Road.
Outside those areas, call anyway. We usually find a way.
