Terms of sale

1. Prices are in Kenya shillings and include delivery and fitting within Nairobi.
2. Payment is by M-Pesa or cash when your battery is delivered and fitted within Nairobi.
3. An order is confirmed when we call you back. If we cannot supply your order we refund any payment in full.
4. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, free of charge, for faulty or unwanted batteries. See delivery & returns.
5. Cancellations, refunds and delivery are covered in delivery & returns.
6. Batteries carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty — see warranty terms.
